Gloria Reagan and Monica Nickum are a mother-daughter team with Tropic Shores Realty based in Citrus County, FL.
Gloria specializes in home pricing, preparing homes for listing, staging, and negotiation. She has over 10 years in the real estate business and her reputation is one of service, hard work, and extensive knowledge of the market. Gloria is known for going above and beyond for her clients.
Monica is newer to the real estate business. She comes with a background in marketing and service. Monica is typically involved with the advertising, social media, technological needs, and whatever else is needed. She has knack for pricing homes. She is also a Mortgage Loan Originator and brings her knowledge in that area to assisting our clients with advice, preapprovals, loans and referrals to other Mortgage professionals.
